Valentine's Day with his Boo

Will had woken Orlando on the holiest of days with a little loving followed by a picnic breakfast for them both in bed. Then, after showering and dressing, he'd thrown some clothes for the both of them into a case and told Orlando to dress warmly because he was being kidnapped and taken across the state line.

The drive was long, almost five hours once they finally found the place and pulled up in front of the cottage Will had rented for a few days. He wanted privacy, peace and quiet for them both. If they felt like it, there was skiing nearby, and the main inn had a dining room if they chose not to stay in to dine.

Will opens the door and shuffles Orli in out of the cold. He's pleased to see that the roses he'd asked for are on the kitchen table.

"Happy Valentine's day, baby," he grins, kicking the front door shut and pulling Orlando into his arms.

Orlando looks concerned. "We can avoid anything you want, baby. We can wait til the fall if that's better."

Will takes Orlando's hand in his and takes a little sip of his scotch. "I know you had a horrendous summer, baby," he sighs. "With everything you lost, I don't want you thinking about it on a day that should be absolutely perfect for you."

Orlando smiles at him. "That sort of concern is why I love you so very much, sweetheart."

Will leans in to kiss him, nuzzling his mouth. "You'd do the same for me," he murmurs, "and that's why I love you. We love each other, but more importantly, we care about each other."

Orlando grins at him. "I have an idea. What if we get married on September 1st?"

Will's eyes widen. "Baby, that would be perfect! Yeah," he grins, nodding. "Let's do it. September 1st."

"I think we can agree that that day has nothing but good memories!" Orlando looks excited.

"Amen to that!" Will puts his glass down so he can give Orlando a tight hug. "You don't think Aidan and Wes would mind sharing their wedding date, do you?"

Orlando laughs. "I forgot about that! Well, what about August 31st?"

"You know, we did meet up before the wedding, so that would be perfect." Will grins and cups Orli's cheek, struck by how amazed he feels that they're really discussing a wedding date. "August 31st. I get my baby forever on the 31st."

The smile that spreads across Orlando's face could light up a room. "I'm still amazed that we found one another," he says, and he turns his head to kiss Will's palm. "We are both so lucky."

"Makes me believe in a higher power," Will smiles as a surge of affection fills him. He reaches for his glass and touches it to Orli's. "To us. Two halves that finally found each other."

Orlando's more than happy to drink to that. "So, what colors do you want?" He grins happily.

Looking a little sheepish, Will shrugs. "I don't know. If you can work some blue in there somewhere, that would be good. Otherwise, I have no clue. Oh, and Jackie wants to help us plan," he quickly adds.

Orlando's ready to agree to blue when Will says Jackie. "Jackie who?"

"Jackie Burkhart. She's Logan's adopted little sister," Will explains. "And she's going to teach me to disco dance."

Orlando's eyes open wide. "Disco??"

"Yup!" Will laughs. "I'm always up for dance lessons."

Orlando laughs. "I suppose I'll have to find a blinding white tuxedo for you, and a disco ball!"

"I'll have to be really good to deserve the white tux, baby," Will giggles.

"I have faith that you will be," Orlando grins.

Will makes a face, then laughs again. "I doubt my dancing will be seen in public. Ever." He takes another sip of his drink. "Seriously, though, do you want to get some planning done for real while we're here?"

Orlando grins. "When better than Valentine's Day to plan a wedding?"

"Okay!" Will sets down his drink before racing over to their bag and digging in one of the side pockets. He pulls out his notebook and a pen and goes back to the bed. "We can write down our ideas," he says, scrambling onto the bed so he can lean against the headboard. He puts a pillow on his lap and opens the notebook. "Okay, hit me, baby."
