Yes, that's true. I do. I'm trying this new deep-breathing thing to try to make myself relax at night. And no coffee or tea after four in the afternoon.

It's not helping yet, but I'm optimistic.

No more so than usual, I guess. I'm going home for Christmas.

I'm sure it was! Maybe next year. This year it was fun watching my mother and my boyfriend bond over stuffing.
